A sharp mower blade is essential to a well-maintained lawn because dull blades break the grass, instead of cutting it. Also, a well sharpened blade can reduce the amount of fuel used when mowing. However, sharpening the blades can be frustrating as well as dangerous to an inexperienced individual. We have trained members of our staff who can remove, sharpen, balance, and reinstall your mower blades. Remember, it is recommended to get your mower blades sharpened at the beginning of the mowing season or in the event of hitting large objects such as rocks or limbs with the blade while mowing.
